Before & After
Ok, so the drawing on the left is the very first drawing that I did at The Animation Academy about a year ago, and the one on the right is recent. I've learned and grew as an artist so much ever since I started over at The Academy thanks to Charles Zembillas the main instructor and founder of the school.
The drawing on the left I did about 2-3 years ago, I really didn't have any idea what I was doing lol. The one on the right is recent.
I'd like to thank The Animation Academy and Charles Zembillas for all the help. Thank you for the amazing job that you do with your students!
A lot of the top artists in the industry used to take classes at The Animation Academy. Artists such as:
Steve Silver
John Nevarez
Jose Lopez
Chris Ayers
Andre Medina
Chance Raspberry
And the list goes on and on and on, there are so many more.
Be sure to check out the Academy's website:
Well hope you enjoyed this post. I'll upload some new stuff soon. AG

First time I use Oil colors and Gouache

Ok, I thought it was about time for me to learn how to use different colors such as Oil colors and Gouache and stuff like that so I went to store today and I bought some cheap Oil\Gouache colors just so I can learn the basics, so this is my first painting using Gouach and Oil colors. It's nothing fancy but I think it came out pretty good for a first time. Hope you guys like it. AGWednesday, November 3, 2010

Meet Hans Sierra the Sherrif
Friday, October 29, 2010
Just a quick drawing I did. It was an idea that I had in mind for a long time, it suppose to be a warrior with a snake on each arm, the snakes are under his control, they serve him and he uses them as a weapon and the cloth that he's wearining suppose to be very simple and cool, I really want to develop this character more, maybe even develop it into 3D. Hope you guys like it. AG

Well, tried my best with these drawings. I'll start coloring this guy pretty soon so I think it would look even better once it's colored. I'd like to thank one of my favorite artists of all time for helping me out with my character designs. Thank you so much TS for showing me how to draw the 3\4 view of my character. I know how busy you are so thank you so much for your time. It's really all thanks to you.
